Operated by SATS-Creuers Cruise Services, the purpose-built Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS) is located at Marina South—Singapore’s premier lifestyle and financial hub. With its prominent waterfront location against the backdrop of Singapore’s skyline, MBCCS serves as the nation’s main cruise gateway to the heart of the city.
With deep waters, a large turning basin, and no height restrictions, MBCCS’ finger-pier design can accommodate up to 11,700 passengers across two cruise ships at any one time. Spanning 36,000 square metres—equivalent to five football fields—MBCCS is an architectural landmark designed to handle the world’s largest ships, with two piers extending up to 395 metres, including mooring dolphins. The terminal is capable of accommodating two mega ships simultaneously, making it one of the largest cruise terminals in Asia. Dedicated check-in halls and VIP lounges for each ship, along with a spacious ground transportation area, provide passengers with an effortless and seamless experience.
Within a 20-minute drive from the world-class aviation hub, Changi Airport, and located just 3 km from the iconic integrated resort Marina Bay Sands, MBCCS was designed to complement several of Singapore’s other iconic developments, including the Central Business District, Singapore Flyer, Esplanade, and Gardens by the Bay. Together, these landmarks reinforce Singapore’s positioning as a destination offering world-class attractions, infrastructure, and leisure experiences.
As part of the acquisition of Creuers del Port de Barcelona in 2014, Global Ports Holding holds stake in SATS-Creuers, which is the terminal operator for MBCCS.
