• Shiloh Frederick – Eastern Illinois University, USA
• Giddel Nicholas – Florida State University, USA
• Jonelle Vitalis – University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Arnold emphasized the transformative power of the scholarship program, stating, “By investing in the education of our young people, we are making it possible for them to travel, immerse themselves in a new culture, and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to help transform our island.”
He further reaffirmed the Saint Lucia Cruise Port team’s commitment to national development. “At Saint Lucia Cruise Port, our guiding principle is ‘Investing in People.’ This is a value held deeply by every member of our team. We are committed to supporting Saint Lucians both on and off the cruise port.
